The Beginning: Ninja Repair
Ninja Gadgets started as Ninja Repair on the 26th of May 2018, with a simple idea: helping people with reliable phone repairs. Back then, I advertised on Facebook, offering screen repairs and battery replacements. I would personally drive to customers’ homes, collect their phones, and repair them in my living room.
A Commitment to Quality
It didn’t take long to realise that aftermarket screens just weren’t good enough—they often broke after a few months, which wasn’t fair to my customers. I vowed to use only the highest quality parts, leading me to discover refurbished Apple iPhone screens. These screens use original components with the glass replaced, providing unmatched durability and performance.
Building a Reputation
Word quickly spread about Ninja Repair’s dedication to quality, and soon it became a trusted name on the Isle of Man. With countless 5-star reviews, I was repairing 2 to 3 phones every day while working as a full-time UI/UX designer.

As the business grew, so did its mission. Today, we’ve transitioned from repairs to selling high-quality refurbished tech through Ninja Gadgets, focusing on keeping gadgets out of landfill. By offering renewed devices, we’re making technology more sustainable and accessible. (Kage is our Mascots name. It means 'Shadow' in Japanese)
