Before using your iPhone for the first time, we recommend charging it fully.

When you first set up your iPhone, it may use more battery than usual for the first few days. This is completely normal.

Your iPhone may be working in the background to download and update apps, restore photos and messages, sync iCloud data, index files and complete software updates.

During this time, the phone may also feel slightly warmer than usual because the processor is working harder to finish these tasks.

Battery life and temperature should settle once the setup process is complete. If your iPhone still feels unusually warm or the battery is draining quickly after several days, get in touch and we’ll be happy to take a look.

Your iPhone will arrive fully reset and ready to set up. Turn it on, choose your language and region, connect to Wi-Fi, then follow the on-screen instructions.

When moving from another iPhone, place the two phones next to each other and use Apple’s Quick Start feature to transfer your apps, photos and settings. When moving from Android, Apple’s Move to iOS app can help transfer your data.

Looks almost new. You may find extremely light signs of previous use if you look closely, but no noticeable scratches, dents or marks during normal use.

Very Good
Really clean condition with only minor signs of previous use. There may be a few light marks or small scratches, but nothing that takes away from how good the phone looks.

Good
Clearly used, but still in good overall condition. Expect some visible scratches, marks or small signs of wear on the screen or body. Nothing that affects how the phone works.

Rescued
A phone with more visible signs of previous use. Expect noticeable scratches, scuffs or small dents, but it has passed the same testing as every other Ninja Gadgets phone. A good choice if you care more about value than cosmetic condition.

Every grade is fully tested
The grade only describes the phone’s cosmetic condition. Every iPhone goes through the same 22-point diagnostic check before it is sold, regardless of how it looks.
