1.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3 You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
2.1 We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48): Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping (Royal Mail 24): Delivery within 1-2 business days.
2.2 Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location.
3.2 While we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- High demand during peak seasons.
- Postal service disruptions or unforeseen events.
4. Tracking Your Order
4.1 All orders are sent with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
4.2 You can track your parcel using the link provided in the email or directly on the courier’s website.
5. Responsibility for Delivery
5.1 Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
5.2 Ninja Gadgets is not responsible for:
- Delayed deliveries caused by third-party postal services such as Royal Mail.
- Parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
6. Shipping Restrictions
6.1 We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
6.2 We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or addresses outside of the UK.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
7.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.
7.2 Ninja Gadgets is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
7.3 If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
8. Missing or Damaged Parcels
8.1 If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@ninja-repair.co.uk with your order number and tracking details.
8.2 For damaged items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damage and the packaging.
9. Shipping During Peak Periods
9.1 During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
