If anything goes wrong with the repair itself within 90 days, we will fix it at no extra cost. Our guarantee covers parts and workmanship, excluding accidental damage or water exposure after the repair, in line with standard industry practice.

Postal and drop-off repairs welcome

Contact us to get started, and we’ll confirm your device, the issue, and the repair price.

You can then either post your device to our PO Box using a tracked service, or arrange a drop off at a convenient time in Wallyford, East Lothian. Once received, we’ll carry out the repair and return your device as quickly as possible.

If anything changes, such as additional issues or the device being different from what was booked, we’ll always confirm with you before carrying out any work.

Do you use genuine Apple parts?

We use genuine parts from donor devices, genuine refurbished parts, as well as the highest-quality aftermarket components where appropriate — but never cheap aftermarket LCD screens. Every screen we fit is a genuine, original refurbished displa, or highest quality soft OLED.

Will a repair affect my warranty with Apple?

If your device is still under Apple's warranty, a third-party repair may affect it. We'd recommend checking with Apple first. For most people, an Apple warranty has already expired and this is not a concern.

How long will it take?

Most repairs are completed same or next day once your device is received. More complex repairs such as logic board work may take a few days. We'll always keep you updated throughout.

Is my data safe during the repair?

We respect your privacy and never access personal data during repairs.

Some repairs, such as Face ID or certain diagnostic checks, may require the device to be unlocked. If this is needed, we will always let you know beforehand and only use it to complete the repair.

If you would prefer not to share your passcode, you can back up your device and erase it before sending it in.

While we take great care, we always recommend backing up your device in advance, as some repairs — particularly logic board work — can carry a small risk of data loss.
